• Shahid is a biographical drama film. 
• This movie is directed by Hansal Mehta. 
• His direction was good, though the scene switching was very weird in the starting. 
• Story of the film is based on the life of a lawyer and human rights activist who was assassinated in 2010.
• Story is good but not very interesting.
• Movie is simply a drama about a man's life with nothing very thrilling going on. Keeping in mind the film is not made for entertainment purpose but to highlight important social issues. 
• Movie is not boring and will engage you. 
• Rajkumar Rao plays the lead and he has done a good job in it. Rajkumar even won a National Award for his performance as Shahid.  
• Supporting actors were really good, especially Prabhleen Sandhu , she was great. 
• Shahid is not a mainstream film and its narrative is very tense. 
• Background for the film is really good and used properly. 
• Crew did good work. 
• Shahid is a good film to watch once though not to very interesting.
