2012
- The Perks Of Being Wallflower is a teen drama.
- This movie is directed by Stephen Chbosky.
- Direction of film is okay!!
- Story of the film is about a boy and his traumatic life in freshman year of high school.
- Story is strong but its representation is very poor.
- Story telling could have been lot better.
- Film making is not so good.
- Actors of the film are Logan Lerman, Emma Watson and Ezra Miller. Supporting actors include Nina Dobrev, Mae Whitman, Kate Walsh and Paul Rudd.
- Logan was fine in his role. He looked alike with Dylan Minette, and his role was very similar to Clay Jensen[played by Dylan in 13 Reasons Why]. I've watched 13 Reasons Why and after watching Dylan's performance as a teen with a traumatic life, Logan looks below average to me (definitely watch 13 Reasons Why too).
- Emma does not fit in her role, at all. She acted well, but that character is not for her, idk, SHE JUST DON'T FIT WELL.
- Ezra was great in his role.
- Movie is not at all engaging.
- Some scenes were good, like that 'drive, under the bridge'.
- Ending was superb and terrifying. I got goosebumps.
- Logan acted powerfully in the end.
- Ending boosts movie very high, atleast for 2 minutes.
- This sudden pace in the movie rushed my heart.. I really hoped, this feeling could have lasted for longer.
- The Perks Of Being Wallflower has a potential to be an amazing film, but poor filmmaking drowned its chance to be the one.
Best Thing - Ending
