• The Great Gatsby is a romantic drama. 
• This movie is directed by Baz Luhrmann. 
• His direction is amazing. 
• Direction of the film is very strange (like some animated film of 90s), but it totally fits with the light theme of the film.
• Theme of the film is very lively and bright. Just Watching the film is sort of pleasure in itself.
• Film making is absolutely great. 
• Plot of the film is about a strange millionaire and his neighbour living on an island. 
• Story is good and well written. The way it is shown on screen is more incredible. 
• Movie makes you very curious from the start and keeps you engaged till the end.
• Film is full of surprises. ( My favourite surprise was the cameo of Amitabh Bachchan).
• Tobey Maquire and Leonardo DiCaprio are leads.
• Leo was fabulous again but Tobey could've acted better. He carried the same look in all flashback scenes. His face lacked versatility.
• Supporting cast is filled with talented actors like Carey Mulligan, Elizabeth Debicki, Joel Egerton, Jason Clarke. My favourite performance was Joel's.
• CGI of the film is great(more like animation) and eye-catchy.
• Cinematography is fantastic.
• Background score suits as well. 
• Crew did great work. 
• Film is a masterpiece in itself. 
• You should definitely watch it. 

*Who would want to miss Leo and Amitabh in same frame.
