  • Don't Look Up is a satirical Sci - fi film. 
  • This movie is directed by Adam McKay. 
  • His direction was good. 
  • Story of the film is about two astronomers who attempt to warn people about a big approaching comet which will destroy the human civilization. 
  • Story is okay but very well written. 
  • Movie feels very weird for first 30 minutes coz of its different direction style, but later on you start to like it.
  • Beginning of the film feels really intresting. Movie continues with a good momentum till the end. 
  • Film has a big cast with some really big names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Rob Morgan, Ariana Grande, Timothee Chalamet, Cate Blanchett, Tyler Perry, Mark Rylance and many more. 
  • All the actors were good, especially the leads Leo-Jen. I really liked the comic timing of Jen, Jonah and Mark. 
  • Movie is a satire but not very funny. 
  • VFX at some point I felt was not so good. In the end, it was really great. 
  • Background score is great. 
  • Screenplay is good. 
  • Crew did a good job. 
  • I really liked how the film is kept real. The references of easiness we all have with such sensitive topics about nature and calamities were shattering. In the movie,how the story about the break up of a pop star gets more attention than a serious information about destruction of their planet. The reference of meme culture, like how we people make joke/meme of every person ignoring his/her message. Seeing the political greed was very disheartening, but that's the truth.. And in the end, the one with powers(money and all) survives and the common people have to suffer. I really really liked that how the film shows us a mirror of our present behaviour in our society. If the comet approaching was real, then this is exactly how we all would've reacted. We all should be learning from this film, and try to bring a change in it. 
  • Don't Look Up is a good film which highlights a very sensitive issue with the humanity with doze of humour. 
  • Definitely watch it, once.
