Spencer is a historical psychological drama.
This movie is directed by Pablo Larrain.
His direction is decent.
Story of the film is about existential crisis of Princess Diana when she decides to divorce Prince Charles and leave British Royal Family.
I don't really think if there's any story in the film. It feels more like a small everyday part of a royal life.
Movie is not thrilling or very intresting. Infact I, who likes such serious dramas, got bored to core.
Kristen Stewart plays the lead in the film. She really performed very well. She totally lived into the character. Her look was very different(from normal films she does) and she deeply dived in her character.
Tone of the film is kept foggy and chilled, which I kinda liked.
Cinematography of the film is really good.
Background score is nice.
Spencer is critically a good film, but personally I didn't enjoyed it.
